Today was so peaceful for me. I worked on Saturday so today I was off and I did absolutely nothing. Just wonderful. I ate breakfast with my parents, and chilled for the rest of the day. My mom made the comment "so this is how it was back when it was just us 3 living here... before the seams busted out 2 years ago." It got really quite... you could hear the crickets it was that quite. Yeah it was nice back when it was only me and my parents... but it's not now.
I colored my hair red today. When i say red, I mean BRIGHT ass red. Think of the brightest color red possible.... that's my hair color. ;)
I finally finished going through my streamload account. I've cleaned out my inbox, and now it's time to clean out my storage folder and get rid of the duplicates and files that aren't really there even though it shows it as being there. This will be fun.
I'll end this with a coversation I had w/ my work 'friend'.
Me: So, whatever we need for work they don't want to buy it but if you buy it while traveling, it's under the travel expense and they perfer you to buy work stuff while traveling???
'Friend': Yes, *laughs*, it's all about unit cost.
Me: That's so fucking stupid.
'Friend': It's money, it has to go somewhere, and it has to be apart of the budget. We're probably over our budget expense but our travel expense is way down, so if we buy it while traveling, it's considered a travel expense and they'll be no bitching about what was bought and why it was. Do you need friggin post its that bad? You want me to pick up some?
Me: Buy me some pens. I need pens.
'Friend': For god sake you have enough pens at work.
Me: No, I don't. I always need new pens. I don't have Texas pens now do I? Buy me some pens.
'Friend': You're a freak. All these people are fooled by this sweet, nice, conservative woman but in reality you're a fucking freak. Inside you're a rocker that loves alternative punk freaky looking guys and enjoys going to Ozzfest doing god knows what.
Me: Oh, you like it.
